Match-Trade Introduces AI Skills for Broker API and CRM

Match-Trade Technologies has introduced AI Skills for its Broker API and CRM API, enabling AI systems like Claude to directly integrate with broker infrastructure. This move aims to reduce manual integration work and aligns with a growing trend among broker technology providers.

Match-Trade Technologies, a provider of trading platform solutions, has announced the launch of AI Skills for its Broker API and CRM API. These Skills are designed to give artificial intelligence systems, such as Anthropic's Claude, direct access to structured information about API authentication, endpoints, and data connections, streamlining the process of integrating broker systems with internal tools.

The announcement follows a similar move by Leverate in July, which introduced a back-office Model Context Protocol server allowing AI assistants to interact with broker CRM, marketing, and risk data. This trend reflects a broader industry shift toward embedding AI into operational workflows.

According to Match-Trade, the AI Skills enable users to describe desired outcomes, and the AI will assemble the necessary connections, sparing technical teams from implementing and testing each endpoint individually. The resulting integrations can then be reviewed and adjusted by human developers, keeping a human-in-the-loop approach.

Practical applications cited by the company include sales reports, commission calculations, data reconciliation, and performance metrics. The Skills can also link CRM records with trading data to analyze client profitability, which may assist brokers in making A-book and B-book decisions. Additionally, support teams can use the technology to retrieve account and position data to explain events like forced position closures due to insufficient funds.

Match-Trade tested the approach by building three dashboards with Claude, covering most traded instruments, prop trading account support, and a prediction market leaderboard. These dashboards combine trading and CRM data, displaying metrics such as trading volume, profit and loss, account status, and return on investment.

For retail forex traders, such developments may ultimately lead to more efficient broker operations, potentially improving response times and data transparency. However, they also raise questions about data privacy and the accuracy of AI-driven decisions, underscoring the need for robust oversight. As AI becomes more integrated into broker systems, regulatory scrutiny may increase to ensure consumer protections remain intact.
