Sam Bradbury Acquires Get Funded Now Assets

Sam Bradbury returns to prop firm ownership by acquiring the operating assets of Get Funded Now, including the brand, customer accounts, and intellectual property. The deal places Bradbury Capital Ltd as operator, with Bradbury also holding interests in technology and marketing suppliers to the firm.

Sam Bradbury, a known figure in the prop trading industry, has acquired the operating assets of Get Funded Now, marking his return to direct ownership of a prop firm two years after exiting Glow Node. The deal closed on August 5, 2026, and covers the Get Funded Now brand, intellectual property, customer accounts, and operating assets, according to a statement to FinanceMagnates.com. Bradbury Capital Ltd, a UK company incorporated in March 2026, will act as the operator, with Bradbury listed as sole director and controlling shareholder.

Bradbury stated that Get Funded Now had no overdue payouts or unpaid service-provider debts at the time of closing, though FinanceMagnates.com could not independently verify the status of every account. The previous operator, Dubai-based TIGOGI FZCO, and its founder Vadera are exiting operations, with Bradbury describing the handover as amicable. Vadera will focus on his G7FX trading education business.

A notable aspect of this acquisition is Bradbury's dual role as both owner and supplier. Get Funded Now has used technology from Propriotec Ltd for about two years, a company Bradbury co-founded and in which he holds a 25-50% stake. Propriotec recently became part of Quant Technology Group (QTG), which also includes YourPropFirm, a service provider to over 85 prop firms (self-reported). Additionally, Rage Creative, where Bradbury is a director, will handle marketing for Get Funded Now. This creates potential conflicts of interest, as Bradbury profits both from operating the prop firm and from supplying it with services.

Bradbury assured that Get Funded Now would receive these services under the same commercial and confidentiality arrangements as other clients, and that customer data would not be shared with competing technology customers. He stated, "The fact that I have ownership interests ... doesn't change those obligations."

Bradbury's previous venture, Glow Node, faced scrutiny in 2024 when it disclosed that 36 traders were waiting for payouts before its accounts were transferred to Sway Funded. Bradbury has since addressed the matter, though specifics of those payouts remain unclear. For retail traders, this acquisition signals a change in management but also potential concerns about transparency given Bradbury's intertwined business interests. Watchdog groups will be watching to ensure Get Funded Now fulfills its payout obligations and maintains clear separation between its operations and its suppliers.
