Can you actually withdraw from ITB?

This is the question that matters most. Easy deposits but blocked withdrawals are the classic scam pattern in retail forex, so FXCanary weighs withdrawal evidence heavily.

We counted 23 withdrawal-related complaints for ITB.

What real users report about funding:

The Funding Black Box at ITB

When you consider depositing money with a broker, the first step is understanding how to move funds in and out. ITB — trading as ITBFX — makes this almost impossible from the outset. Our investigation found that the broker does not publicly disclose any deposit or withdrawal methods on its website. There is no list of supported payment providers, no indication of whether bank transfers, credit cards, e-wallets, or cryptocurrencies are accepted, and no mention of processing times or fees.

This opacity is a glaring red flag. Reputable brokers go to great lengths to detail their funding options because they know traders need this information to make informed decisions. By withholding it, ITB forces you to sign up and hand over personal data just to see if you can fund an account — a tactic often used by unregulated entities that want to lock you in before you notice the lack of safeguards.

Deposits: Smooth Sailing into Troubled Waters

If user reviews are any guide, ITB has no trouble accepting your money. Multiple traders report that deposits are processed quickly and without complications. For instance, one user stated, “Deposit and withdraw procced within 24 hours,” while another noted, “There were no issues with deposits or withdrawals.” Another praised the platform’s ease of use, saying, “The platform didn’t freeze even once... deposits or withdrawals were smooth.”

This friction-free deposit experience is consistent with what we see at many high-risk brokers: they make it effortless to part with your funds. The apparent efficiency lulls you into a false sense of security, encouraging larger deposits and more active trading. But as we dug deeper into the withdrawal side, a very different story emerged.

Withdrawal Red Flags: A Pattern of Denial

FXCanary’s analysis of user reviews reveals a troubling pattern: while deposits are rarely problematic, withdrawals are routinely blocked, delayed, or denied based on opaque rules. Across multiple independent review platforms, we counted at least 23 distinct withdrawal-related complaints — and that’s just from the sample we examined. The real number is likely far higher.

The most common complaint involves withdrawal requests getting stuck. One trader described their experience bluntly: “I traded with this broker and even made a profit. My deposit was processed without any issue — but when I tried to withdraw, the request got stuck on ‘Payment Due’ and has stayed there ever since.” Another reported that after fulfilling bonus conditions, their account balance suddenly showed “0” on the withdrawal page, even though they had generated $60 in profit. Support then went silent.

The Bonus Trap: When Promises Turn to Profits, Then to Nothing

ITB aggressively promotes trading contests and bonuses, including no-deposit bonuses that lure in new traders. But these promos frequently become the very reason withdrawals are rejected. A typical review reads: “I have fulfilled all the bonus conditions.

Upon withdrawal, the balance appears to be 0. I have made a profit of $60. When I go to withdraw, on the withdrawal page, the balance appears to be 0.

Support has not responded.”

This is the classic bonus trap: entice traders with “free” credits, impose complex and often hidden trading requirements, and then invoke a violation when the trader tries to cash out. Another user was blunt: “100% Scam broker, They are scammers there deposit and no deposit bonuses are just a scam. Don’t waste your money and time.” Even traders who deposited their own money aren’t safe — one complained that ITB “stole $143 of my profit for completely ridiculous reasons they’re making up.”

Customer Support: Helpful — Until You Want Your Money

Oddly, ITB’s customer support receives some praise — for responsiveness during the trading phase. One user said the support team is “highly professional, responsive, and always follows up quickly,” while another appreciated that they could reach support “anytime, even in my language.”

But when a withdrawal hits a snag, the tune changes dramatically. Multiple reviewers describe a wall of silence: “Support has not responded,” “Warning, responses from support are slower than a snail’s pace,” and “They just make excuses to avoid paying you out.” This split personality — attentive when you’re giving them money, evasive when you ask for it back — is a hallmark of untrustworthy brokers.

Hidden Fees and Undisclosed Processing Times

Since ITB publishes no fee schedule for deposits or withdrawals, traders have no way to know what they’ll be charged — or even if their money will arrive. A few users eventually received their funds, but only after prolonged waiting. One trader updated their review from a complaint to a grudging acknowledgement: “The withdrawal has now been successfully processed and received. The process took longer than expected and communication could definitely be improved.”

This suggests that ITB can pay out — but chooses to make the experience painful. In unregulated settings, such delays are often used to frustrate traders into giving up or trading away their balance. Without transparent fees, you’re also at risk of seeing your withdrawal reduced by arbitrary charges that were never disclosed upfront.

FXCanary’s Verdict: A Severe Risk Score of 75/100

ITB operates from Saint Lucia without any verified regulatory licence. There is no financial ombudsman to hear your complaint, no investor compensation fund, and no third‑party oversight. Our risk score of 75 out of 100 — categorised as Severe — reflects this absence of regulation combined with the mountain of withdrawal complaints.

The pattern is unmistakable: easy deposits, blocked withdrawals, bonus‑related excuses, and a support team that disappears when problems arise. For any broker, a handful of withdrawal delays might be explained away, but when nearly every negative review centres on the same issue, it points to a systematic problem rather than isolated glitches. In our assessment, ITB manifests all the classic signs of a broker that is not truly committed to honouring client withdrawals.

How to Protect Your Money: Safe Funding Practices

If you’re still considering ITB — or any broker with similar red flags — take these precautions: test the withdrawal process early with a small amount before committing large sums. Never accept a bonus unless you have read, understood, and even screenshot every condition attached to it; many “bonuses” are designed to trap your principal. Insist on a clear, written fee schedule for all payment methods before depositing.

Above all, choose a broker that is regulated by a reputable authority (FCA, ASIC, CySEC, etc.) and publicly lists its funding partners. The slight convenience of fast deposits is never worth the risk of losing everything when you try to get your money back. If a broker cannot be straightforward about how you can pay them and how you will be paid, the safest decision is to walk away.

How to fund safely

  • Deposit a small amount first and complete one full withdrawal before scaling up.
  • Prefer methods with chargeback protection (card) over irreversible ones (crypto, wire) when testing a new broker.
  • Complete KYC verification early — unverified accounts are the most common reason withdrawals get "stuck".
  • Keep screenshots of every deposit, trade and withdrawal request.
